On the occasion of the death anniversary of the founder of Zaker Party and the Pir Sahib of World Zaker Manzil, Hazrat Maulana Shah Sufi Khajababa Faridpuri (RA), the World Islamic Grand Gathering will officially commence tomorrow, Thursday, after the Maghrib prayer.
For nearly 55 years, he dedicated his life to spreading the message of Islam from World Zaker Manzil in Faridpur. On the night of April 30, 2001, he passed away, leaving millions of followers, devotees, and leaders and activists of Zaker Party in deep sorrow. Through his everlasting contributions and spiritual leadership, World Zaker Manzil has become one of the leading centers of Islamic propagation in the subcontinent.
Devotees, followers, and worshippers from across the country and abroad have already started gathering at the historic World Zaker Manzil in Baishrashi. All necessary arrangements for accommodation, food, ablution, and bathing have been completed. To ensure security, police and volunteers will be deployed, and traffic control measures have been implemented on important roads.
The Activities will begin with a large congregational Maghrib prayer on Thursday. After performing the obligatory (Fard) and Sunnah prayers, three phases of two Rak‘ah Nafl prayers (total six Rak‘ah) will be offered, followed by supplications, Munajat, and the recitation of Fateha Sharif, marking the formal commencement.
On this occasion, Waz Mahfil, Qur’an recitation, Milad, and Zikr gatherings will be held. Renowned Islamic scholars and Khadems of the Darbar Sharif will deliver speeches on Shari‘ah, Tariqah, Ma‘rifah, Haqiqah, the life and teachings of the Pir Sahib, and the ideology of Zaker Party.
Spiritual worship will continue throughout the night with Qur’an recitation, Milad, and Zikr. A special prayer will be held before 1:35 AM in remembrance of the time of his passing. From 3:00 AM until Fajr, worship will continue during the blessed hours of mercy.
After Fajr, according to the Naqshbandiyya Mujaddidiyya Tariqah, 100 times Durood Sharif, 500 times “La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah,” and again 100 times Durood Sharif will be recited.
On Friday morning, following Qur’an recitation and Milad Sharif, participants will visit the grave of the Pir Sahib for Ziyarat, Fateha, and prayers. After the Jumu‘ah prayer, Ziyarat will be performed again.
Mustafa Amir Faisal (Chairman, Zaker Party) and Dr. Sayem Amir Faisal (Senior Vice Chairman), along with numerous followers from home and abroad, will participate in this gathering. A large number of worshippers are expected from various districts, including Cumilla and other southern and northern regions. Security has been strengthened in areas such as Pukuria Mor, Talma Mor, and Maligram, where police, highway police, and volunteers will be actively engaged in maintaining overall security and discipline
